One of the Eerie series. The tone of these books is dark, descriptors are gruesome and the tension is tight. Don’t let the large print format fool you, the covers say it all – these are horror books for young readers. The scary content makes these for slightly older readers but the format keeps them in the younger age range I’d have to say they are probably best for 8-9 years.
